Jordhuset

Situated in the small farming village at Vesterfjell in Tranøy – 20 km from Finnsnes.
The Sod Hut was built by local entrepreneurs in the old style technique with turf roof on top creating a great atmosphere of a previous century with an open fireplace inside. It has enough room to housing  up to 70 people. Several arrangements were being held here, the so called Senja evenings with local food, Christmas parties, private meetings, activities, conferences and it is a great starting place for Senja expeditions.
